Ted Cruz Nominates Joseph Robinette Biden as “Republican of the Year”

On Wednesday, July 27, 2022, Senator Ted Cruz nominated Joseph Robinette Biden as “Republican of the Year.” In anticipation of the Red Wave coming up in November, Biden “will have elected more Republicans than any human being who has ever lived.”

He made his most recent nomination announcement during the 137th episode of his podcast, “Verdict with Ted Cruz.”

According to Senator Cruz, he’s made the comment more than once to various individuals and groups.

He believes that on election day voters will refute Biden’s policies and elect Republicans into office on all levels of local, state and national government. The result will be a referendum on Joe Biden’s destructive policies that have caused record inflation, nationwide shortages of energy and goods, a border crisis beyond belief and worldwide diplomatic challenges.

Prior to Cruz’s announcement, he mentioned recent travels to states with upcoming primaries. According to Cruz, the enthusiasm for Republican candidates is beyond comparison.

“I was encouraged,” he said. “The energy, every single rally we did was standing room only, like packed houses. And people energized.”
